Emily Rowley has joined the firm as a one and a half year qualified associate from Stephenson Harwood.

Emily Rowley has joined the firm as a one and a half year qualified associate from Stephenson Harwood.

She advises trustees and employers on general pensions issues and also has experience of contentious issues and pensions issues that arise from corporate transactions.

In particular, Emily has advised on issues relating to overpayments and underpayments, scheme wind-ups, buy-ins and buy-outs, interpreting scheme rules and the abolition of DB contracting-out.
